"Not at all user-friendly! After flying for the entire day to get to Orlando from WA state, we sat outside Walgreens wasting a bunch of time trying to set this up in our rental vehicle. After I was done, it wouldn't me log in. I reset my password & still, nothing. After another 30 minutes, my husband was finally able to set the account up in his name. I know that everything the WA state government touches is total garbage but I had higher hopes for Florida. Turns out, it's exactly the same."
